@ZombieGhost Same here! There's nothing like appreciating the nuances of nature (and/or other peaceful or serene environments) to help a person unwind and clear the head!
Time can get away from us humans so easily in modern life, but ironically "boredom" and taking a moment to breath and not overstimulate and really practice one's appreciation for even the simplest things feels like it really helps to recenter oneself!

You know, what I do when I feel exausted of modern life. Is that I stop going on the routine and head to a part of the world that can show me peace. Like the calm breeze of the forest in a summer day. Or going on the beach where the ocean is. Dipping my feet in the sea and just forget everything that bugs me.
Everytime I did that, I reset and forget my worries.
